Can I see how this works?

What equipment do I need?

A Laptop or computer with at least 8GB (Ideally 16GB) of RAM
Your browser will be set on , Google Chrome - optimised for platform being used.
Most up to date operating system: Windows, Mac, IOS
A webcam - usually inbuilt in computer.
A strong internet connection - this avoids lag and freezing of screen during session.
A Writing tablet with pen or touchscreen with pen - necessary for student to be able to
work in real time and allows for full participation in the lesson. (We are able to recommend tablets)

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your tutoring hours?

Office hours Monday-Saturday (8:00am – 1:00pm) – for any queries. Tutoring hours Monday – Thursday (3:30pm – 8:30pm)

Can I have more than one child on a plan?

Yes, a sibling rate will apply, depending on age and need. Please contact us for further information.

How do you bill me ?

Online Independent Learning – fixed annual subscription. Online one-to-one tutoring – payment prior to lesson or, if monthly, at the start of each month. For billing questions contact us on 7854192373 or [email protected]

Is Online Tutoring safe?

Yes, the tutoring session will allow only one tutor to have access to the lesson with all security checks having been completed.
